I had always enjoyed writing and reading. As a 26-year-old, I still do! Here is a collection of the articles and stories I have under my belt that I’ve worked really hard on and learned through since 2015.
HCC Egalitarian – 2015
The start of it all—two of my first articles that I ever wrote.
I wanted to get my feet wet with the journalism world when I wrote these two articles. I knew that I wanted to write, but I was dangerously scared of everything. With the help of many fellow writers and editors and my aunt and uncle, I produced these two articles which I am very proud of.

A little creativity here and there.
Here I wanted to exercise my creative writing juices. I challenged myself to write a short story a week. But as I’ve discovered, creative writing is hard. It’s easier to write about something than to think of something in your head and piece it together from nothing. I’d like to do these again in the future!
